The Buddha’s teachings invite us to come back into relationship with the whole of this life, not an imagined life somewhere else, but this body, this heart, this moment.

Many of us know the feeling of moving faster than we’d like, or living at a distance from ourselves. We get pulled into worry, distraction, judgment, old stories, and the exhausting belief that we have to figure everything out alone. This daylong is a chance to return together.

Through guided sitting and walking meditation, Dharma talks, and Q&A, we will practice meeting our lives with presence, honesty, and care.
